What's Your Ideal Waiting Time?

This morning, I went to MAS Office to purchased my booked flight tickets. When I went to get my number, I was given a form.

Yeap, it is MALAYSIA AIRLINES' Customer Feedback Form.

Every question was fine for me until I saw this..

"In your opinion, what should be the most ideal waiting time?"

I was given choices 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes and others.

I had the urge to put 10 minutes BUT being nice, I put 30 minutes which is not fast.

And guess how long I waited for my turn? 40 minutes..
