Still remember me having to go for this special screening of Quantum of Solace at Cathay Cineleisure Damansara courtesy of GoMobile just the day before Monday?

 

 

It know it is end of the week now.

 

My birthday posts + having finals, okay? lol

 

We reached there very early though – we are to reach there before 6PM – and the movie started at 7PM. The booth was not even set up and being worried kena conned, I actually called the PIC, Chingy. Of course did not kena conned lar. If not, I sure anti both GoMobile and Nuffnang dy lol

 

We strolled around and happened to know there was BMW car show going on below.

Putting two different series next to each other made me aware of how big the difference is.

Seriously, in the beginning, I had no idea of what we are all waiting for. The room is small and the crowd is big – damn stuffy!

After quite some time, this emcee stood up and called out the crowd. Told us what GoMobile is all about, the events that will be going and such. [Honestly, I thought GoMobile is sort of a phone manufacturer company] What caught my attention was when he said the word ‘food’. Damn! I was super hungry and I thought we are all going to have a splendid desserts before the movie. [Heck, it was just a small sized popcorn and not-cold Pepsi or Coke or Sarsi –_- Damn sad!]

So, when people are talking about Bond, there is always a few things that they will not missed:

Next, so what’s GoMobile?

 

 

I believe everyone is definitely familiar with PC Fair, Matta Fair, Education Fair, etc. Thus, GoMobile is similar but of course, it deals with mobiles and such. Why GoMobile? Why not Mobile Fair? Make things easier, right?

 

They claim that there are nearly 300 phones being given away for free in various promotions taking place at GoMobile. BUT, only on one condition: you have to sign up at www.clique.gomobile.my [there’s registration going on on that day (and a gift )]

 

Lazy (or don’t want) to register? Well, just turn up at GoMobile 2008 as they are giving away phones and other gifts at random times over the entire three days.

 

Hitz.fm Cruiser crew will be there and it is said that they have LG phones to be given away (to you)!

 

Oh ya, there’s GoMobile 2008 Hip Hop Dance Competition and Nokia is sponsoring cash for the winners – 2k, 1k and 0.5k
