Cameron Highlands: Day 2

It was our second day up on the Highlands. The morning was a disaster but we got over it. That morning, we had our breakfast at Sungai Palas BOH Tea Plantation.

Next, we went to Cactus Valley where there is everything there – strawberries, flowers, cactus, etc. You can pick your own tomatoes as well as your own strawberries.

Since I was hungry, I took a rest at a café and had Strawberry Sundae and Strawberry Muffin. Strawberry Sundae was good. Strawberry Muffin? So-so only.

Since a few of us were not feeling well, we decided to leave Cactus Valley to have our lunch before heading back to our apartment to rest. Some were taking a nap while some were chit chatting at the living room. When it was about evening time, we left the apartment.

There were a few of us who were hungry so we stopped at Green View Valley for Strawberry Strudel and Strawberry Milkshake before we resumed our journey down the hill, back to the petrol station to pick up my car. Blessed that my car was alright. Since I cannot drive well at night, my friend drove my car instead and we were back in Penang Island about 10pm.

It was a tiring but fun trip. We will organise more such short trips so, stay tuned!
