A guy who feels so insecure is not a man at all. If he has no confidence in himself, it is not your responsibility to make him feel secured. Plus, if he constantly controls and checks on you, he is a person who cannot be trusted. Yes, you may think these are sweet, that he is just being protective of you, afraid to lose you – puh-lease, wake up! This is not a fantasy. A man should know how to be responsible for themselves. IF you are being together with a man, you should not have any burden at all – to make him feel secured, to make him feel confident about himself. Those are not your responsibility – I repeat – not your responsibility – at all.

A guy who cannot decide whether he wants to be with you is definitely not a man at all. A man should be decisive. He must know how to make a decision. What sort of “more time” does he need? C’mon, ladies, do you honestly want to be with a man who cannot make a decision? Okay, maybe it is fine that he needs time to think about it because a relationship is a long term thing but, if he is showing and telling the public that the two of you are the items, leave! That is definitely a guy who clearly does not want to be with you but does not want to lose your attention full stop

Now, I do come across with a few girl friends of mine who told me that if a guy scolded or shouted at you, it means he really loves you. Does he? A man is a person who knows how to control himself and does not lose his cool when he knew scolding and shouting is not going to fix anything. If he really loves you, he will not hurt you, including verbally.

Yes, I had been with guys classified above. I had been a fool and learned my lesson the hard way.

I know my post is not going to change your mind because I had been there. There were family and friends who told me of such toxic relationship and I chose to ignore. Until the unfortunate events happened.

So why am I sharing this when I knew none of you will listen to me?

Just so you can come back to my post again to laugh about it and move on if any of the above happened to you.

Or, since miracles do happen, probably you can come back and tell me that I was just being unlucky.

As stated here, water rationing will be carried out in Kuching, unless there’s a heavy downpour soon. It hadn’t been raining for the past one week (and more).

However, there was a relatively heavy downpour during the evening. Hopefully, there will be more rain for the next few days.

Not Cheap To Graduate

Think finally you are graduated and that’s it? Think about this. I don’t know about the other colleges and universities but mine is seriously a money sucker.

To think we did not have to ‘pay’ for the ceremony is totally wrong! We paid AUD95 to rent the graduation gown and that’s it. On the day of the ceremony, to pay another RM250 is optional—three on-stage pictures and one group photo. It is undeniable that everyone wants them but THREE on-stage photos? What’s the point?

Oh, and that RM250 inclusive of ‘free’ studio photo shoot but if you want to buy those studio photos, you’re going to have to purchase them online. And trust me, you’re not going to believe this: AUD75 per photo and it’s AUD178 for the CD!

Imagine paying RM232.50 for a photo and RM551.80 for a CD –_- Therefore, you can tell that the school is taking its every last chance to suck out your money before they let you go wtf

What You Should Do When Your Toilet Is Out Of Service

To remind yourself that your house’s toilet (especially the downstairs’) is out of service, you should do like what a janitor would in the public toilet.

Why there? Initially, I pasted it on the door but it didn’t help much as the door is opened most of the time.

Therefore, it ended that way lol!

Educative Sanitary Pad

Books and magazines are educative. Newspapers and Discovery Channel are educative. But guess what? Even sanitary pad is educative!

Libra—one of the sanitary pad brands in Brisbane—made a breakthrough for being an educative sanitary pad brand. I was amazed with their  products’ packaging creativity lol! Very educative.

Restaurant City

I believe Facebook-ers know what Restaurant City is. Most of my friends were addicted to this game.

But guess where I started to play this game?

When I was having my vacation in Brisbane lol!

And after weeks of playing, finally my restaurant is this good :)

Now I am having difficulties accessing this game.

Shangri-la Hotel: Thumbs Up

It was where I stay during the weekend in KL with my family. I have always known that Shangri-la Hotel is not an ordinary hotel. However, I was still very surprised with the room’s condition and the services they provide their guests. Also, I love their lobby!

This was our room—which we later changed to another room with two-bed bedroom.

Not to mention, they have bathtub (my love!)—which I didn’t get to use :(

Still, they have another separate shower room for their guests. You can imagine how big and nice their washrooms are.

Oh, wait till you see the room’s fridge.

omgwtf, right? lol

Lastly, the view from our room is superb especially at night—unfortunately, the weekend had been very packed for me (always out with friends) so, I didn’t get to enjoy my stay in this hotel.

p.s: When my dad reached on the second day of our stay in the hotel, he jokingly said "Aiya! How come the TV is built inside the wall?". If you get what he mean, actually the TV in the room is a hanging plasma TV.

p.s.s.: There's a mirror inside the cabinet where they store their cups and guess what? My grandmother thought there were FOUR cups until I asked her to touch the inside of the cabinet lol!

Music Man vs Magician

20th Golden Melody Awards is around the corner. Obviously, there is going to be a battle between artistes in getting their hands on this prestigious awards. If you go here, you can tell that their victory is very dependent on their fans. Therefore, this is now becoming a battle between fans.

Of all the categories, Best Male Artiste has the most stirred up battle.

Both are talented and are highly respected. But only ONE will be chosen for this prestigious award. Who will it be? The Music Man or The Magician?

Undeniable, Jay Chou is really good but unfortunately, my vote goes to Lee Hom. Don’t get me wrong. I have all of Jay’s songs -- from his first album until the latest one. However, in terms of taste in music, I guess Lee Hom’s suits me well.

Another Heaven duet with Jane Zhang

As for Best Female Artiste, undeniable our beloved Fish Leong, a Malaysian based Taiwan, has the highest vote. My vote goes to her as well, no doubt :)

On the other hand, for Best Newcomer, no doubt, Jam Hsiao rose to victory, beating down both James Lin and Rachel Liang, the winners from Taiwan’s popular televised singing competition, One Million Star.

I love his voice and style. Too bad he is a very shy person. Unquestionable my vote goes to him :P

New Addiction: Farm Mania

Few weeks ago, I downloaded a new Big Fish Game, Farm Mania. There are 60 different levels with really adorable and fun characters. Though it is an easy game, I am sure you are going to love this game :)

I had finished the game last night. I could have finished it earlier but I wanted to take my time playing it, else there will be no fun computer games to play with.

First, Beverly Hills Chihuahua. I believe this movie was aired last year, no? lol You see, I am not up with the trend however, I love catching up with old and new movies :)

Last was Miracle of Giving Fool, a Korean movie. A very touching movie. Brotherly love could bring you tears.

Cool Equation

I was chatting with a close friend of mine when we came across discussing Cantonese foul words lol

He was asking me the meaning of mahai (oops!) so I gave him two versions; how it means when people using it and what ma and ha* literally means lol And it was funny when I told him that mahai is similar to macibai

After some time, he came up with his own equations wtf xD:

mahai = macibai.

Mathematically, hai = cibai.

Next time say “hai” to people = “cibai” to people

A Punch from Adam

Well, it has been a long time since the last time I did taggy-tag post in my blog. Since I was tagged by a special friend of mine, Adam, there is no reason for me to not continue this legacy, right?

1. Do you have secrets? Well well, do I have secrets, huh? I used to be very secretive, even to my besties -- back in my younger age lar. As time passed, I learnt to share with them. Still, an individual should keep secrets to themselves -- even from their boyfriends, husbands oops! Why? There are secrets that are best kept in order to protect someone or to avoid unnecessary conflicts. In a nutshell, I have secrets lol

2. Have you ever tried not eating anything for a few days? I can provided I was allowed to consume water. However, if you had put an ice-cream in front of me, it is going to be irresistible and the game is over. One must have no weaknesses in order to play this ‘game’.

3. Do you enjoy going to school? Weirdly enough that only happened when I entered both college and university lives xD Maybe because of the friends that I made?

4. Coffee or more coffee? I am not into Coffee but I do drink them. If you offer me coffee from Starbucks of The Coffee Bean, hell yeah, like I would reject. Fyi, I had 6 packets of 3-in-1 Nescafe in just 3 hours when I had ASR final paper the the next day –__-

6. Laughter or forever smiles? Forever smiles please? There is myth that laughter and wrinkles are best friends.

7. Who is more important? Lover or best friends? Generally, it will be both. However, if I had to choose, I would choose BF! BF stands for both boyfriend and best friends. Looks like females have an advantage to this question.

8. The person you like is already attached. What would you do? Urmm… One-sided feelings, perhaps? But will not confess to him, though. I will be very upset if the person I like starts to avoid me. I will rather stay by his side as one of his friends :)

17. Have you wondered what will happen afterlife? We only have one life so, thinking about what will happen afterlife is just a waste of time. Why not using that time and energy to think what you want to do in your life.

Blood is thicker than water, no? In fact, family do understand us. There is always a reason to whatever they had said or done to us.

LeeHom’s 2009 Music Man Promo in Malaysia

I just found out something at HOManiacs’ forum recently. Back in year two-o-o-six, HOManiacs was approached by 988 to join in their “Smiling Campaign”. To my knowledge, these photos are sent in to 988 for them to conglomerate as many “smiling pictures” as possible -- then to be compiled to challenge the Malaysia Guinness Book of Records. In regards to this event, I have no idea whether 988 was able to gain a record there.

However, I was not aware that HOManiacs did something different with the “smiling pictures” that they collected for the HOManiac-ers -- a super duper big red packet to be given to LeeHom, himself, during his Heroes On Earth concert in Malaysia which was two years ago!

Contrary, I was surprised and happy that HOManiacs is being so creative to have come up of this idea. I remember how my brother and I gave him a BIGGGGG birthday card 4 years ago xD 

You see, well-known artistes like LeeHom can get anything he wants. Therefore, there is no reason for us to buy expensive stuff for him. Plus, he has to travel frequently. So, cards are the best presents. Either he can keep them or just throw them in the recycle bin -- save the trees! Just kidding xD

Four days ago, April 7th, LeeHom came over to Malaysia for his 2009 Music Man Concert Promo at Mont Kiara. A few days prior to that event, my brother called me just to tell me that he will be going for this event. Geez! He knows I adore LeeHom a lot! That’s why I am one of the HOManiac-ers, uhkay? Damn sad lor. Already cannot go for his concert and now this?

This is the venue. The very poster of him -- Music Man. Damn cool lor! But why Celcom again? How I wish it would be DiGi –__-

Just look at the crowd! Man! I can see HOManiac-ers. As expected, these fans have higher priority compared to ordinary fans lol I remember I was in that colony four years ago. Though I did not manage to stand on the first line, but second line wasn’t that bad after all. And LeeHom was just in front of me o.O

He is already that hot in the pictures. But wait till you see him in person. Even HOTTER! Back then, I was stunned, you know? I just could not believe my eyes that this guy, LeeHom, was standing in front of me lol There goes, me being a LeeHom Whore lol

Also, the good news is my brother is going to give me LeeHom’s signed CD! The (excerpt) conversation went like this:

Him: This album I bought got his DVD and CD, for your birthday. So, not going to owe you already. Hahaha.

Me: Hahaha. You mean this year’s birthday or last year’s?

Him: Err… Ya hor!

Note: Below is just my point of view. Different people have different opinions, right? So, we are cool, okay? :)

Just finished watching Love or Bread, a Taiwanese comedy as well as romance series. 12 episodes and ‘The End’ appeared before me after (around) 6 months. Not because it was not completed and I had to wait and download every week. Not because I was busy with my assignments, projects and exams (or was I?).

It is because the story of this series is just too blunt and there are not much anxieties that do not cast a magical spell, can’t-stop-watching, upon me. Then just stop watching the series lar! Nah, I continued watching it. Wahkao! You said the story is not nice and you still want to continue watching it ar? You want me to punch you until your period come out from your nose ar? Well, since I had already started to watch the first episode, I might as well just finished it, right? lmao Anyway, I was a bit disappointed with the ending.

That’s the review on the story. Now let’s talk about the main casts – Joe and Ariel. They are a great on-screen couple and both of them did an excellent job. Joe has the look but trust me, he improved a lot in this field of work =) Ariel? She is always that great. No matter what role was given to her, she did an excellent job. No wonder she was given the award ‘The Best Actress’ last year xD

However, I am not sending a ‘Do not watch this series or you could die’ message. You can still go and download to watch because aforementioned, different people have different views. The story may be too dull for me but maybe, in your case, things may be different =)

Later, I started to haunt another latest (or should I say, recently released) Taiwanese romance but comedy series, My Queen. Mind you, this is one of the series that casts can’t-stop-watching spell upon me (after The Prince who turns into a Frog and Fated to Love You). I started to watch this series last night and hit the sack around 3.30AM –__- Ain’t the spell scary? The story is interesting though it is similar (but not the same) to the mentioned series three to four lines above this line.

The story is really nice and funny. For example, look at the pictures below:
