On Friday night, we went out for a date. It was not a common, usual date ie. movie after dinner. It was somewhat different. However, I enjoyed the ride a lot and I love the night! Thank you, darling...

Pain

It was Sunday. I was feeling really hungry and tired as I came out from the Steam Bath. As I walked down the slope towards the bathrooms, I slipped and fell to the floor and hit my butt hard. Thinking that it was alright (as there was not much pain that day), I forgot about it.

Tuesday, as I woke up, I felt a bit pain and gradually both my legs were pain. Chung and I tried sorts of way to make me feel better but to our avail. I could not sleep the whole night that night and Chung had to take care of me. I knew I disturbed his sleep. Some more, he got to sit for an exam paper the next morning. I felt so guilty.

Wednesday morning, I could hardly move. After Chung finished his paper, his friend showed us the way to a Chinese doctor house. The doctor rubbed my back. It was so painful. The doctor could tell that I had a sport before I fell. Yeah, it happened in California Fitness. Once I reached home, I had to lie on my bed the whole time. Soon, I fell asleep but not a deep sleep.

I had been crying the whole time for the past few days as it was really painful. Called up my parents and my brothers. Hoping to see them too. Family's support is important, indeed. My dad told me that my mom would be coming this Friday however, my mom told me that she could not make it as she will be very busy. Happiness turned to sadness.

Anyway, this is quite a challenge for both Chung and I too. He really has to take care of me. I could see that he was tired but still, he was happy to do so. Though I feel happy that he has to take care of me very well, at the same time, I feel guilty.

I hope I can recover soon...

Mooncake Festival

Last night, my housemates and I lit up our gates and fence with candles and hung some lanterns.

In the process of lighting up the gate and fence with candles

Handmade 'lantern' using McD's cup ice-cream

Nowhere to hang the lantern so it ended hanging at the post box

Same goes to this one; the gate's lock

And this too

Same goes to this one

Finally it is complete!

Group photo!

Trying out with the light effect

This effect is so cool!

Anyway, still, I did not get to celebrate Mooncake Festival with my family. I missed the old times.

Happy Mooncake Festival, people!

On Friday, Chung and I went to Sg Wang to shop for my prom dress. I thought I would never find something that I liked. However, I was wrong. I love the dress very much. Thanks for shopping with me, darling.

That night, on the same day, we went for Mooncake Festival Event by the Chinese Society of Taylor's Business School. Daniel would be performing at the end of the night. They are smart, though. Not wanting everyone leave the hall earlier. Anyway, I did not intend to stay until the end of the event. I watched Chinese Acrobat and 'enjoyed' traditional Chinese Orchestra.

People were too noisy and did not respect the performance by the orchestra. It was a disaster! I wonder if they would ever want to perform for Taylor's ever again. Since I listened to people making noises more than the music played, Chung and I left the hall earlier and went to Aisa Cafe for dinner.

Look, I dropped my wallet at Asia Cafe when I left and only realised that I lost my wallet yesterday afternoon. Fortunately, I was able to retrieve my wallet at the counter. Well, who would want to take my wallet, anyway? There was only RM8 left in my wallet!

Anyway, I am glad that I am able to get my wallet back. God bless whoever turned the wallet to the counter.

Ipoh Trip

Last weekend, Chung and I went to Ipoh with Siew Jhoong, May, Sook Theng and Ke Vin. Fyi, we met up with Yee Yen in Ipoh and Jasper came along later that Friday night.

We took a bus to Pudu Raya and then to Ipoh.

On the way to Pudu Raya

Spot the little girl

On the way to Ipoh, finally!

Infamous toilet Queen wanted to go to toilet so badly. Unfortunately, the bus driver did not permit so I had to bear with it. It was already past 2 hours and the bus had not even made a stop until Chung went up to the driver, hoping he would stop the bus at the next stop and yeap, he did. He almost missed the bus after the toilet visit. =.="

The next morning, everyone squeezed in Siew Jhoong's Kembara. Poor baby, he had to sit in the car boot.

See the poor little face

Anyway, pictures paint thousands of words, with some captions. Some of the pictures are already in May's blog. Our first destination after our breakfast, Gunung Lang...

Catfishes! Geli!

Took a boat to...

...our destination!

It was super hot that we needed a shade!

Spot the monkeys!

Spot the monkeys, again!

Don't blame him. I was the one who asked him to pose like that. =P

My naughty baby =)

I look fat! O.o

I was surprised that they were so co-operative XD

No boat to return to.

Okay. Regarding the caption above, it's like this. When we got back to the jetty, there was no boat for us to return to. We shouted & screamed for help but to our avail, of course. Who would have heard us? XD Our only option was to wait.

'W' XD

Attempted to wear the kid's size life jacket =.=

Next destination, Guan Yin Temple...

After all our hard work, we managed to reach the top of the cave to see the view of Ipoh!

Third destination, REAL Oldtown Kopitiam...

Fourth destination, Ipoh Field which reminds me of Dataran Merdeka. It was going to rain so, we did not take much photo there.

Our last stop was where we bought Ipoh's famous 'Hiong Peng' before we went back home.

This post roughly wraps up the whole trip. Stay tune with my upcoming trip... =)
